Deputy Rosemary Coffin

The D.A.R.E. Program is administered by one part-time Deputy Sheriff. This is one of the few programs offered to children to help them build self-esteem and "Say No" to alcohol and drugs. Prevention in the use of drugs is preferred over treatment, which is what the program is about. Deputy Rosemary Coffin is a D.A.R.E. Officer and does an excellent job with children.
